Favorite thrift finds 2020

2020 is when I started going to thrift stores. I had no desire to shop at my favorite stores at the mall, especially during a pandemic. I wanted to try out buying second-hand clothing and support sustainable fashion. The world needs to move towards a greener and cleaner future, especially in the fashion industry.

I have been going to thrift stores and antiques during summer and winter. I found some really unique and nice clothing and a handbag. I want to share my top 10 favorite thrift finds! Let me know which one was your favorite in the comments!

1.

I found this floral vintage bag at the Stratford Antique Center in CT. I love the the pastel colors and the flowers. This bag reminds me of spring. I can’t wait to take some cute pics with this bag!

2.

I found this at the Cheshire Goodwill in CT. This is a Tommy Hilfiger shirt. I like that it has a V-neck and the pink and green look nice together. I also like the checker detail in the middle.

3.

I found this at the Wallingford Goodwill in CT. This granny Christmas sweater is very comfy and the cardinal details in the front is cute.

4.

I found this at the Middletown Goodwill in CT. This is a cashmere Bloomingdale’s shirt. I like the purple beading around the neck and it is very soft!

5.

I found this at the Cheshire Goodwill in CT. I like the ruching detail in the middle. It also has really nice flower patterns too!

6.

I found this yellow top at the Wallingford Goodwill. I love this yellow color and wearing this top makes me happy. I can’t wait to wear this top again in the summertime!

7.

I found this shirt at Savers in Milford, CT. This shirt literally gives me summer vibes. I like this coral pink color and the cute details in the front. It also has palm trees on one of the shoulders.

8.

I found this halter top at Jules Antique and General Store in RI. This shirt looks fun to wear at a disco party. I like that it is silk and pink, but the only issue is that it gets wrinkly very easily.

9. and 10.

I found this floral tank top at the Wallingford Goodwill and the pink lingerie at the Savers in Milford. They both need some fixing, but I really like them. The floral top is very cute to wear in the springtime. The pink silky lingerie is also very cute! It will look nice with pearl jewelries, white high heels, and maybe a fitted white t-shirt underneath.
